About Our Client Our client is a well-established organization in the Construction Services sector with a robust portfolio of multifamily construction projects. Job Description Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists. Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. Manage and supervise the work of subcontractors and staff. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant job site. Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures. Review and approve project plans and designs, and provide input on improvements when necessary. Communicate project progress and changes to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Lead Superintendent should have: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent in the Multifamily construction industry. Proficient knowledge of building codes, safety laws, and regulations. Strong leadership, project management, and team building abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. What's on Offer Competitive salary range of $130,000 to $150,000.
