Job Description Implement project controls tools and methodologies to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting. Support month-end closing processes, including analysis and management of cost data. Establish and monitor project cost baselines, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment. Develop detailed project forecasts by analyzing estimates, schedules, and purchase order commitments. Analyze actual project costs, identify variances, and provide documented variance explanations. Assemble and provide supporting documentation in response to client and team requests.
