Job Description Job Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate (Temp or Temp-to-Perm) to join our Litigation team. If you’re a dynamic and motivated professional with at least 5 years of experience in commercial litigation , we want to hear from you! This role supports both individual and corporate clients in civil matters filed in both federal and state courts. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative and flexible environment, with access to high-profile cases including arbitrations, depositions, and conferences. Location : White Plains, NY (On-site, 5 Days a Week) Pay : $90/hour Start date : May 2025 Hours: 40 Hours per week, flexible schedule! Hours may vary, such as 11 AM - 7 PM , depending on the day. Key Responsibilities Assist with arbitrations, including preparation of materials and case strategy. Conduct depositions and represent clients at conferences. Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Oversee and direct associates to ensure smooth case handling. Manage workload efficiently and handle cases with minimal oversight when needed. What We’re Looking For Experience : A minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience (Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice experience not applicable). Education : Great educational background preferred. License : Licensed to practice law in both New York (NY) and/or New Jersey (NJ) . Personality : A motivated go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaboration. Tech Skills : Proficient in using legal research tools and litigation software. Availability : Willingness to work on-site in White Plains, NY and commit to a full 40-hour workweek. Active attorney license in NJ and NY 5 years of Commercial Litigation experience
