As part of their succession planning the company is now seeking an Associate Director to ensure the management team is able to maintain and grow the business going forward. The incoming engineer will join as an associate with the intention to progress into becoming a full partner in the near future. The company is profitable, there are plenty of clients and their reputation precedes them so new work is always available. They are wanting to speak with locally based engineers who alongside excellent technical skills want to take on the challenge of managing a business alongside the existing partners, working with commercial development as well as managing the teams and growing the firm.
