Multi Skilled Engineer – Island Bakery Type : Full-Time, Permanent Location : Tobermory, Isle of Mull Salary : DOE Bonus Relocation Package Exclusive Role – Retained Search Island Bakery is on the lookout for a talented and hands-on Multi Skilled Engineer to join their close-knit team in one of the most scenic locations in the UK. This is a truly unique opportunity for someone with mechanical bias and a proactive mindset to play a key role in maintaining and improving operations. ✅ What We're Looking For: Mechanically biased engineer with hands-on skills in welding and fabrication. Strong problem-solver with a tinkerer/maker mindset. Comfortable being the sole engineer in a small, dynamic team. Team player with a collaborative attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Practical thinker with strong adaptability. Formal qualifications are a bonus—but aptitude, attitude, and experience matter more. ⏰ Shift Pattern: Core hours: Flexibility available—weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) or midweek adjustments (e.g., Sun–Thurs or Tues–Sat) can be arranged to suit. 8am–4pm. Production operates 6am–10pm (Mon-Fri) —some on-call cover required, Package & Perks: Salary : DOE Bonus : (~3–5% of salary).
