Online Trading Manager DTC Consumer Goods Scale up London (3 days in office) £50,000 - £60,000 15% Bonus I am working with a dynamic DTC Consumer Goods scale up in London to help them hire for a key role on their Ecommerce team, an Online Trading Manager . This is a brand that was started in a bedroom and has since scaled internationally across more than 15 markets in the UK & EU. They are purely DTC, selling their wide range of products on their website as well as Amazon. The business is growing 20% YoY and last year alone seen multiple complex projects such as a packaging rebrand and a website rebuild! This is a standalone, commercially focused digital trading role where you will have full ownership of the promotional calendar, driving margin growth through pricing strategy and bold trading decisions! The role reports into their Ecommerce Director and you will manage a team of x3 Digital Trading Executives. The Role: Optimise trading performance, own pricing strategy, manage promotions and drive margin Scrutinise pricing and drive experiments (manual for now, dynamic tool incoming) Own and manage the trading calendar, keeping it fresh and effective Category & product optimisation – test and learn Collaboration with merch, brand, CRM, data, performance, and studio teams Utilise Tableau and the internal BI platform to drive performance through deep data analysis, acting as the go-to for metrics such as AOV, conversion rate, and sessions The Ideal Candidate: 3 years experience in a Digital Trading role Experience working for an ultra competitive DTC ecommerce brand Proven track record implementing pricing strategies Strong analytical skills Obsessed by the data - Advanced in Excel, Adobe Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced business Experience working with International markets ideally If you have experience implementing a Dynamic pricing tool this is a huge bonus If this role sounds right up your street, " Apply Now " or send your CV directly to laura@3search.co.uk
