Commercial Property Senior Associate Solicitor (Partnership Prospects Available) Location: Winchester or Southampton (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home) Salary: Up to £100,000 per annum Bonus Scheme A leading regional law firm with a strong reputation in commercial property is seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join its growing team in either Winchester or Southampton . This is a rare opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer to step into a key role within a supportive and collaborative team, with genuine partnership opportunities for the right candidate. The Role: You will be handling a broad commercial property caseload , including but not limited to: Landlord and tenant matters Acquisitions and disposals Development work Lease negotiations Property finance You'll work closely with a well-established client base ranging from SMEs to national corporations and have autonomy to manage your files with high-quality support.
