Technology Product Lead (Martech Transformation)

London Hybrid £750-£800 We’re looking for a Technology Product Lead to shape and deliver a multi-stage transformation of a complex Martech estate. In this newly created role, you'll lead strategy, implementation, and cultural change—ensuring long-term product success while getting the most from current tools. You’ll work across senior stakeholders, technology teams, and suppliers to build the roadmap, define the vision, and lead a fast-paced, high-impact delivery programme. With full ownership of the Martech product strategy and budget, this is your chance to lead a major transformation and drive meaningful, measurable change. What you’ll do: Set vision and strategy for Martech transformation Lead implementation and ensure delivery of product outcomes Shape culture, build capability, and develop high-performing teams Manage budgets and supplier relationships Influence senior stakeholders and build strong internal networks Drive governance, security, and operational excellence across the Martech estate What you’ll bring: Experience leading digital product or Martech transformations in large organisations Deep understanding of technical marketing platforms from a tech/product lens Strong leadership and people development skills Experience balancing strategic, user, and operational needs Confident managing budgets and external vendors Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills If you’re a strategic thinker with a strong delivery mindset and a passion for enabling growth through technology, we’d love to hear from you.
