The Opportunity We're seeking an energetic Channel Sales & Partner Development Manager to drive our expansion in the France market. Your Impact Build and nurture a powerful network of partners across France Drive business growth through strategic partner relationships Shape SUNMI's presence in the France market Work with a diverse, international team in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory sales strategies Identify and secure new business opportunities across France Build and maintain strong relationships with partners (ISVs, resellers, integrators) Collaborate with distributors to maximize market reach Drive partner education and enablement programs Work alongside our marketing team to generate leads and create impactful campaigns Provide market intelligence and competitive insights Act as the primary point of contact for partner support and escalations Your Profile Native French speaker, with fluent English (additional languages are a plus) 2-5 years of experience in direct and indirect sales (channel management) Strong understanding of the French partner ecosystem Experience in IT hardware/software sales Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex solutions Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving capabilities Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience What Makes You Stand Out Experience in POS, Auto ID, or Mobility industry Track record of building partner networks Strong analytical skills for market data interpretation Experience working with end-users in solution advocacy Your Characteristics Proactive and self-driven Adaptable and creative in approach Strong relationship builder Results-oriented with excellent follow-through Natural collaborator with strong communication skills What We Offer High-impact role in a rapidly scaling global tech company Dynamic, multicultural work environment Cutting-edge technology and solutions Collaborative, closely-knit team atmosphere Opportunity to shape the future of retail technology Competitive compensation package This role requires travel within the territory and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
