With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin. What You Will Be Doing Reports to the Overburden Manager Establishes and maintains confidential records, correspondence and related material. Distributes intra- and inter-office communication including external mail, courier services and other correspondence in liaison with other Administrators. Compiles Reports, Presentations And Other Documents As Required Arranges events, meetings, workshops and training sessions including room bookings, catering. Arranges and coordinates domestic and international travel and ground transfer arrangement Contributes to the induction and on-boarding of new employees.
