Job Description

Matric (Grade 12) with Accounting as a subject (essential). Diploma or certificate in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Office Administration (advantageous). 23 years experience in a combined admin/accounts role, ideally in the office automation or technology industry. Proficiency in accounting software such as Pastel, Sage, or Xero. Strong computer skills: MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus. Key Competencies: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality.
