He/she will evaluate stability and antioxidant activity (DPPH, ORAC, FRAP) and test sustainable processing techniques. The student will collaborate with partners to develop functional ingredients and bio-based materials. The work will be carried out at unibz, with possible trips for testing and dissemination.
