Job Title Supply Chain Manager Purpose of the Job Manage Supply Chain performance from purchasing to installation. Position in the Organization Organization Structure The scope includes activities such as material planning, order placement, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure timely project execution and optimized inventories. Organizational Reporting Hierarchically reports to the Operation Manager. Network & Links Interfaces with project teams, suppliers, sourcing, operations, project management, engineering, and finance. Contributes to the Systems and Infrastructure Supply Chain network. Mission & Objectives Reduce inventories within project budgets Enhance supply chain cost competitiveness Ensure inventory accuracy Improve supplier delivery performance and relations Measurement On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance Inventory accuracy Responsibilities Manage inventories and logistics in coordination with project teams Organize site supply chain to ensure material availability and project satisfaction Deploy processes and IT tools with IT team Participate in monthly QCD reviews Candidate Requirements Educational Requirements University degree in engineering or economics 5 years of operational supply chain experience or 3-8 years in related fields Desired Knowledge / Experience Master’s in Supply Chain or Business Management Understanding of production and logistics in international industrial companies SAP knowledge Interest in technical fields Skills & Competencies Ability to work in a matrix environment Operational effectiveness and accountability Strong communication and team spirit Results-oriented and capable of challenging norms Rigorous and structured approach International mindset with fluency in English Terms & Conditions Job Location / Mobility Requirements Travel availability is required.
