Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Developer Experience : 8 Years Mode : Work From Office (5 Days) Location : Hyderabad, India Skills : JavaScript, GlideScript, CSM, ITSM, FSM, HAM, SAM, REST API, Agile About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Technology Implementation team. You will design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CSM, ITSM, FSM, and other modules. This role involves automating business processes, improving operational efficiency, and delivering seamless user experiences through custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Responsibilities : - Design and implement custom ServiceNow applications and workflows across CSM, ITSM, FSM modules. - Develop and maintain JavaScript and GlideScript to automate processes and integrate systems. - Work with Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Perform testing (unit, integration, UAT) and troubleshoot technical issues. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices. - Collaborate with the team using Agile methodologies. - Contribute to HAM and SAM implementations and enhancements. Qualifications : - 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and integrations. - Hands-on experience with CSM, ITSM, FSM, and REST API. - Expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow modules configuration. - Agile experience; familiarity with Jira is a plus. - CSA certification preferred. - Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
