Service Portal Developer - ITSM/ITOM

Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with stakeholders : Gather requirements and translate them into effective Service Portal solutions. Design and develop : Create Service Portal pages, widgets, and components using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Customize the Service Portal : Tailor the framework to align with business needs and ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and performance optimization. Integrate with ServiceNow modules : Integrate Service Portal with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules. Testing and debugging : Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure seamless functionality. Maintain documentation : Document the Service Portal and provide support for existing portals. Develop and implement : Develop and implement applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform, including custom widgets and pages.
