CyberArk Administrator - SIEM/Ticketing System

Job Title : CyberArk Administrator Years of Experience : 4 - 5 Years of experience in CyberArk : - Install, configure, and maintain the CyberArk infrastructure, including Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Application Identity Manager (AIM). - Perform regular health checks and monitoring of all CyberArk components. - Apply patches and upgrades to the CyberArk infrastructure as needed. - Manage and troubleshoot issues related to CyberArk components and their integrations. - Perform regular system backups and ensure the availability of disaster recovery plans for the CyberArk environment. - Implement and manage privileged access policies based on organizational security standards and best practices. - Configure and manage safes, users, groups, and access controls within CyberArk. - Define and manage password policies, rotation schedules, and complexity requirements. - Configure and manage session monitoring and recording through PSM. - Implement and manage application identity management using AIM. - Customize and configure CyberArk workflows and notifications. - Onboard and offboard privileged accounts and users in CyberArk. - Manage user access and permissions based on the principle of least privilege. - Troubleshoot user access issues and provide support to end-users. - Monitor CyberArk system logs and audit trails for suspicious activities and security incidents. - Generate and analyze reports on privileged access usage and compliance. - Configure and manage alerts for critical events and potential security breaches. - Integrate CyberArk with other security and IT systems, such as SIEM, ticketing systems, and authentication platforms (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP). - Collaborate with security teams, infrastructure teams, and application owners to implement and enforce PAM policies. - Work with vendors for support and issue resolution related to CyberArk. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the CyberArk environment, including configuration details, policies, and procedures. - Ensure compliance with relevant security policies, standards, and regulations. - Identify opportunities to optimize the CyberArk environment for performance, scalability, and security. - Research and evaluate new CyberArk features and functionalities for potential implementation. - Participate in security audits and assessments related to privileged access management. Technical Skills : CyberArk PAM Solution: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the CyberArk Privileged Access Management suite, including: - Central Policy Manager (CPM) - Password Vault Web Access (PVWA) - Enterprise Password Vault (EPV) - Privileged Session Manager (PSM) - Application Identity Manager (AIM) Operating Systems: Strong understanding of Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems. Networking Concepts: Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols. Security Principles: Solid understanding of security concepts, including authentication, authorization, and encryption. Scripting: Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks is a plus. Directory Services: Experience with Active Directory and/or LDAP for user authentication and authorization. SIEM Integration: Understanding of integration concepts with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems. Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL queries for troubleshooting. Preferred Skills: - CyberArk certifications (CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer, CyberArk Certified Trustee). - Experience with implementing and managing multi-factor authentication (MFA) for privileged accounts. - Knowledge of other PAM solutions. - Experience with cloud-based CyberArk deployments. - Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
