Position Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HRIS Coordinator to serve as the front-line point of contact for all HR system-related support and inquiries, specifically within our UKG platform. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to employees, managers, and HR team members, addressing system issues, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring timely resolution of user questions. You’ll play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, optimizing system functionality, and helping drive user adoption of UKG tools and processes. Your ability to balance technical understanding with excellent customer service will be critical to your success in this role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as system administrator and provide support as the first point of contact for HRIS-related issues throughout the organization. Correct system/user errors as identified through reports or end-user feedback. Perform troubleshooting on an as-needed basis including, but not limited to, user accounts, workflow administration, role automation, and security roles. Prepare end-user documentation and training materials to promote increasing use of employee and manager self-service. Assist with the development of new integrations or modules within the system. Act as a liaison between key functional and business specialists to work with and educate users on applications and technology in support of business processes and enhancements. Maintain data integrity and compliance by running reports, auditing, analyzing information, and troubleshooting errors. Administer changes on the HRIS homepage regularly. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Experience and Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of experience in an administrative support role. Ability to demonstrate high-level customer service skills. Precision to data accuracy. Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.” Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality. Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals. Detail-oriented and can focus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately. Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection. Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access). Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field. Experience using UKG Pro human resource software platform. 1-2 years general HR experience Travel Requirements: No travel required. Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements: No overtime required. Physical Requirements: Normal office environment. Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
