School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) Location: Kentucky Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible options) About the Role: Are you a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) looking to make a meaningful difference in students' lives? This role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours and the opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to support students' mobility, independence, and academic success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify students physical therapy needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve motor skills, coordination, and mobility Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate therapy into daily routines Contribute to the development of IEPs and attend meetings as needed Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations Support student participation and independence in school activities Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Experience in schools or pediatrics preferred, but not required Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Passion for working with children and helping them thrive Perks & Benefits (Full-Time): Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision) Retirement plan options for future security Interested?
