Job Description Job Description Business Analyst Legacy Recruiting is partnered with an industry leading software company to fill a Business Analyst opportunity. This individual will be responsible for working collaboratively within a team of Software Engineers, Products Managers, Analysts, and Client facing representatives. Responsibilities: Collaborate with software engineers, designers, and project leads to analyze, document, test, and support the companys suite of products. Produce development specifications, translating into business requirements, Creation of detailed user stories with acceptance criteria. Responsible for specification documentation of product features and following them through development and testing phases. Test new software applications, features, and reports for validity, accuracy, reliability, and conformance. Develop processes related to release activities across client services, product management and engineering. Assist in validation of product, feature, and release readiness based on quality and release criteria. Assist Project Leads with data mapping, specs, and conversion testing. Assist Project Leads with analyzing client integration needs. Translate business requirements into technical requirements. Test integrations with clients. Requirements: Experience with agile development processes is a plus. Experience coordinating with software engineers. Software Development Life Cycle knowledge. Experience in Software or Quality Assurance preferred. Initiative, can-do attitude Problem solving/analysis Motivated self-starter Usability and testing skills Bachelors degree in computer science or business preferred.
