Automation Engineer - Selenium/Appium

Job Title : Automation Engineer - RPA/Test Automation Job Location : Mumbai Experience Required : 3 Years Mandatory Criteria : - Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automation Engineer. - B.E./B.Tech in any stream OR MCA OR M.Sc. (IT) from a recognized College/University approved by AICTE. - Must have passed or should clear ISTQB Foundation Level certification within three months of joining or hold an equivalent certification. Roles and Responsibilities : Automation Development & Execution : - Write and execute automation scripts using RPA and other test automation tools (e.g., UiPath, SilkTest, Selenium, Appium, etc.). - Develop and enhance automation frameworks, including Data Driven, Keyword Driven, and Hybrid models. - Maintain and optimize existing automation scripts. Technical Expertise : - Expertise in VB, JavaScript, Java, and .NET for automation scripting. - Proficiency in writing and executing SQL scripts for test data management. - Evaluate various open-source automation tools and recommend suitable ones. - Integrate automation frameworks with other testing tools to improve productivity. API & Tool Integration : - Perform API testing using automation tools like Postman. - Explore and implement plugins with other tools to enhance testing efficiency. - Ensure seamless integration of automation scripts with test management tools. Reporting & Documentation : - Maintain daily status reports on automation activities and progress. - Provide regular updates on automation script execution and defect tracking. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools (UiPath, SilkTest, Selenium, Appium, etc.). - Deep understanding of automation frameworks (Data Driven, Keyword Driven, Hybrid). - Proficiency in VB, JavaScript, Java, and .NET. - Strong database skills, including the ability to write and execute SQL scripts. - Experience in API testing and automation using tools like Postman. - Ability to evaluate and integrate open-source automation tools. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
