Salesforce Test Lead

Job Title : Salesforce Test Lead Experience : 5-7 Years (5 years of relevant Salesforce Testing experience) Location : Pune/Chennai Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Test Lead with 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Testing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Salesforce FSC, Service Cloud, UI & API Functional Testing, and Test Automation. The candidate should also possess strong project coordination skills and should be capable of leading a team of 6-8 members. Candidates must have ISTQB Foundation Level certification or should be willing to clear it within three months of joining. Indian Banking Domain experience is mandatory, with hands-on experience in Internet Banking / Mobile Banking, and various payment methods such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, BBPS, and other digital payments. Key Responsibilities : Test Planning & Strategy : - Create Test Plans, Test Strategies, and Test Scenarios for Web Applications and Salesforce platforms. - Develop and document high-level test conditions based on business scenarios. Team Leadership & Coordination : - Lead and manage a team of 6-8 test engineers. - Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members. - Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external developers to ensure quality delivery. Test Execution & Defect Management : - Execute test cases and oversee Defect Management. - Test execution as per test cases and log test execution results. - Assist in Defect Classification and Reporting. - Prepare Defect Analysis Reports and escalate critical issues when necessary. Salesforce & Mobile Application Testing : - Hands-on experience in UI and API Functional Testing. - At least 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce Testing (FSC & Service Cloud). - Expertise in Mobile App Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and Black Box Testing. - Expertise in testing both iOS and Android applications, understanding the differences between them (APK handling, fetching logs, etc.). Test Automation : - At least 3-4 years of experience in test automation using Selenium, Rest Assured, and Cucumber. Project Coordination & Reporting : - Provide Effort Estimation for testing projects. - Prepare and present Status Reports, MIS Reports, and Test Closure Reports. - Update daily activities in the Daily Status Report, ensuring accurate communication of the day's testing status. - Provision of data required for status report preparation. Database & Test Management Tools : - Knowledge of Test Management Tools like JIRA. - Ability to write and execute SQL scripts for data-level validations. Mandatory Skills : - Salesforce Tester - Salesforce Testing (FSC & Service Cloud) - UI & API Functional Testing - Test Automation using Selenium, Rest Assured, Cucumber - Test Management Tools (JIRA, etc.) Good to Have (Not Mandatory) : - Experience with Automation Testing tools beyond Selenium and Rest Assured. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
