Job Title: Software Developer Job Location: Lexington ,MA 02420 (Hybrid) Onsite Requirements: Rust Python Secret clearance Job Description: The candidate will implement algorithms for processing large datasets obtained from a proprietary database platform. This work may include front-and back-end development. The candidate must be experienced in software requirements, design, development, integration, testing, documentation, and maintenance. Work will be executed primarily in Rust and Python in a Linux environment using open source and custom software. Required Skills: Experience developing distributed and cloud based systems and services Experience developing RESTful and/or SOAP based web services Strong object-oriented development skills Experience with modern development tools such as git, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, etc. Solid understanding of Linux operating systems Experience with the Rust programming language Experience with creating and managing Docker or Podman containers Front end development with modern visualization tools (e.g., Grafana or Kibana) Familiarity with standard SQL databases Works well in a fast moving, small team environment.
