ITSM or Incident Manager with DSCSA

Experience working with/under DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) Strength in incident management, patch management, problem management, and change management skills. Will be responsible for E2E operations and management of SLAs and adhering to compliance timelines. Will coordinate the entire support aspect of the project with multiple stakeholders
