Job Title: Fixed Income Operations Analyst Location: New York, NY – (Hybrid) Contract: 1-Year Contract Pay Rate: $39/hour/W2 About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fixed Income Operations Analyst to join a top-tier financial institution’s Fixed Income Division – Credit Trading Operations team. This is a hybrid role, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment in the heart of NYC. Key Responsibilities: Reconcile and process complex fixed income trades and lifecycle events Ensure accurate and timely trade processing in alignment with operational controls Coordinate across trading, sales, settlements, confirmations, novations, and tech teams Support both broker-dealer and client transactions Escalate any operational risk or control issues in a timely manner Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in Fixed Income Operations Strong understanding of operational workflows and controls Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Collaborative mindset and strong organizational skills Comfortable navigating fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
