Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – -4:30pm (may be flexible) Pay: $19.50/ hr Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative job include: Managing customer orders and customer accounts while developing customer relationships Recommending alternate products and accurately processing transactions Provide accurate information about item availability Increase sales and average order size and educating customers Monitor shipments and serve as a liaison between customer and various departments Create and/or prepare various reports Requirements for Customer Service Representative job include: 4-year college degree preferred, HS Diploma required Excellent communication skills (phone, email, tec.)
