Job Description Job Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the legal industry in New York, New York, United States for the role of Sr. Financial Analyst. In this role, you will be expected to analyze financial information and reporting for our firm and business units, as well as develop financial projections and support profitability analysis. Responsibilities: • Develop, prepare, review, and analyze financial information for our firm and business units • Construct excel models to identify trends and the impact of various decisions • Review monthly/quarterly budget variances from previous and current years and report any significant findings • Support the process of Partner Compensation through preparing and analyzing relevant financial and operational metrics • Develop projections for firm capital and cash flow • Assist with the fee revenue budget which includes analyzing any expected billing rate changes in the following year • Compile key financial statistics for benchmark surveys • Calculate Partners Interest on Capital • Prepare and assist with any ad hoc reports or presentations as needed • Perform other work related duties as assigned.• Proficiency in Business Systems is essential. • Experience with Confluence is required. • Demonstrable expertise in CRM usage is necessary. • Proficiency in Crystal Reports is a must. • Familiarity with Data Mining Techniques is needed. • Experience with the About Time software is a prerequisite. • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary. • Proven experience in Auditing is required. • Knowledge and experience in Budget Processes are essential. • Expertise in Capital Management is mandatory.
