Base salary $100,000 - $150,000 Bonus potential Medical, Dental, Vision 401k Work/life balance Hybrid schedule Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Associate with strong Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate law, with a focus on handling complex M&A transactions. A business or tax undergraduate degree is preferred, and candidates with a CPA or MBA will be given strong consideration. Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on a broad range of M&A transactions, including structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and closing. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and related corporate documents. Collaborate with tax, finance, and regulatory teams to provide comprehensive legal solutions. Conduct legal research and analysis to support M&A and corporate transactions. Provide strategic counsel to clients on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. Assist in business development initiatives, including client outreach and industry networking. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing. 3 years of experience in corporate law with a strong focus on M&A transactions. Preferred undergraduate degree in business or tax. CPA or MBA preferred. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
