Job Description Job Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73127, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining and managing customer accounts, handling credit applications, and resolving inquiries. Your deep understanding of Accounting Software Systems, Accurint, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and other associated skills will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage collection processes and maintain accurate records • Handle customer inquiries related to their accounts and resolve issues promptly • Process and monitor customer credit applications with high accuracy • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM for managing customer records and transactions • Administer billing functions and claim administration for customer accounts • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure all accounts are up-to-date • Answer inbound calls from customers related to their credit accounts and payments.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Familiarity with Accurint • Experience with ADP - Financial Services • CRM knowledge and experience • Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls • Experience with Billing Functions • Background in Claim Administration • Proficient understanding of Collection Processes
