Head of Talent and Organizational Development

Our client - a global industrial leader based also in Puebla - is seeking a business driven: HEAD of TALENT and ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT to drive transformational impact across multiple business units and geographies. Your Mission Lead the design and execution of strategies that elevate people, performance and drive organizational culture. Partnering closely with Top Management and HR teams, you will shape and implement future-ready talent, succession planning and development initiatives to accelerate business transformation. Key Responsibilities Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders to align talent strategies with business transformation goals. Drive organizational development initiatives, including strategic workforce planning, talent reviews and leadership pipeline development. Own and evolve key processes such as performance management, career development and succession planning. Champion employee engagement and inclusion efforts, leveraging feedback and analytics to enhance culture and retention. Lead and coach HR and business leaders in best-in-class talent acquisition, onboarding and mobility practices. Maintain oversight of data integrity, key talent KPIs and development tools. Conduct deep talent assessments and promote a culture of growth, agility, and accountability. Your Profile 10 years or of experience in global HR leadership roles in complex multinational matrix organizations. Proven track-record in Industrial Manufacturing (Automotive OEM, Defense & Aerospace, Engineering, Electrical Products, Packaging) Strong Intercultural Capabilities, skilled in influencing across diverse teams and executive levels Strong strategic thinking with hands-on capability to execute and lead through complexity Solid and succesful leadership track-record: recognized for empathy, courage, curiosity and a visionary mindset. University degree in Business, HR or a related field; MBA is a plus. You will shape the future of talent and organizational development in a highly visible role with real impact.
