Preparing accurate and timely service tickets and reports Ability to work independently or supervise others as required Complete documentation associated with fire alarm services provided Customer service, coordination, and communication Required Skills/Abilities: NICET certifications a plus, but not required Installation experience and prior construction experience a plus. Diagnosis and Troubleshooting skills of commercial low voltage systems Must have a positive and respectful attitude to maintain good working relationships with management staff, employees, vendors and customers. Competent computer skills Education and Experience: Field electrical and/or electronic practical experience required. AA degree in electronics preferred, but not required or equivalent technical/Military school supplemented with 3-5 years of related industry experience is a plus Valid driver’s license Able to obtain Maryland and Virginia security technician license as required.
