About the opportunity: Position: Dental Assistant Vacancy: Fixed term temporary full-time, commencing ASAP to 30/11/2025, with the possibility of extension, not exceeding 12 months. Requirements: Certificate III in Dental Assisting is mandatory for the CA3 position. However, if Certificate III in Dental Assisting has not been completed, then appointment will be at CA2 classification in the Dental Assistant Training position until successful completion of the qualification within 12 months of appointment and proof of registration (if applicable) Possession of class C drivers' licence. Travel is a requirement of this position. This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis. Undertake training and travel associated within Townsville Hospital and Health Service Policy. Probation period may apply.
