When you join the Safety & Systems team, you’ll be part of a team that plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of our rail assets. The team ensures our rail network operates smoothly across various systems and regions, helping to create a standardised operating environment. This helps increase efficiencies for rail operators, making our network more reliable and cost-effective. About The Opportunity To provide ICT support for users through technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance of computer hardware, software and network. Responsibilities Include The effective and efficient usage of ARTC’s corporate computer network and associated services. Provide exceptional customer service and perform all duties with the company’s core beliefs and objectives in mind always. Timely and accurate resolution of user Incidents and Service Requests in accordance with the defined SLA. The good working order, security and confidentiality of the computer system. The provision of a superior customer service to ARTC. Ensure compliance with ARTC’s Systems and Technology policies and procedures including cyber security and change control policies. Ensure compliance with ARTC’s Safety Management System (SMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements, responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities. What do we want from you? Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology. Minimum of 5 years’ commercial experience in the IT Industry. Experience in remote desktop and peripheral support, preferably in the Windows environment (Windows 10 and Office 365). Demonstrated experience with remote fault finding, problem solving and rectification. Intermediate networking experience including the ability to diagnose faults. Experience in the provision of superior customer service with a demonstrated ability to actively listen, ask appropriate questions and confidently interact with the business to appraise them of the situation and solution. Ability to liaise with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Medium to high level of administration in Microsoft Server environments. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and group policy. Experience with Microsoft Exchange environments. Experience or understanding of Citrix environments. Experience troubleshooting printer issues. Experience with ITIL, including ServiceNow to manage incidents, tasks, problems, changes and requests. Willingness to travel to other offices intra and interstate to support the business (occasional). What will you get from us?
