Finance Business Manager The Finance Business Manager is the Designated Responsible Individual to support the execution of the Uplift Strategy. This will include supporting Project Sponsors, creating content for meetings, to monitor progress to targets and connect project accomplishments. The essential responsibilities of the position include: Supporting the meetings content preparation, monitoring project performance to plan, measuring recovery plan effectiveness and communicating finance elements of performance to plan. Meetings preparation, finance content analysis and delivery and meeting participation. This includes coordination and alignment of Strategic Plan management with forecasting and Business Plan development. Supporting financial elements of the Uplift Strategy Periodic meetings documents for projects and the overall Strategy that meet expectations. Provide analysis and insights for recovery plans to close performance gaps in a timely manner. Pressure tests the financial data and analysis. Must be an effective communicator with all stakeholders. Advanced English Must have financial analysis experience in automotive Industry Must be expert in financial modeling and PowerPoint slide creation. Must be expert using Excel Bachelor’s degree mandatory. Finance or Business preferred
