We are seeking a motivated and results-driven INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT , to play an important role developing business for Racing Cargo International offices, Italy, Germany, Hong Kong and any other international office that may be established in the near future. Prospecting and analyzing potential clients, identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience of 5 years in sales for international logistics and freight forwarding services. Strong negotiation, sales and communication skills Deep knowledge in Europe/Asia- Latin America Logistics Market and Trends Proficiency in English Key Contributions Bring business opportunities to Racing Cargo International offices based in Italy, Germany, Hong Kong Focus on sales and profit growth and strategy for sustainable improvement of the overseas offices Development and negotiation with suppliers and stakeholders—that drive profitable growth and enhance the competitiveness of the overseas units Teamwork with Inside Sales, Marketing and Sales Specialist executive, daily communication and coordination Manage the allocation and pass down of shipments to BU´s aligned and in adherence to current and policies within the company Active involvement in case of claims/ collection management by communicating and making agreements in case of past due invoices of the recommended customers (DSO down to 30 days) Follow-up to the global strategies of the company for a successful standardization.
