Job Description
Position Overview FM Support for the execution of the Scope , SLA´s & KPI´s agreed in contract. Supervise the staff assigned to mechanical operations, programming, monitoring, alarm response or other contracted activities. Communicate all the O&M team on all issues concerning execution of the contract. 3rd party vendors supervisor, ensuring the service delivery of their activties. Site´s special events supervision and support, coordinating the activities and providers deliverable. Key Responsibilities Strategic analysis of the service, focused on results and work together with the client to define the needs of the service. Creation, management and supervision of the Maintenance Program of the assets and systems of the facility. Vendors management and contracts negotiations. Provides regular management reports as requested by the O&M team and the client. Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards. Budget administration. Perfomance Indicators according the Service Contract. Monthly EHS trainings in time. Vendors management. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience (Engineering, Architecture, Administration). 3 or more years of experience in charge of the Facilities role. Competence and Skills: Must be a team player, commited to working in a quality environment. Must demonstrate strong leadership, conflict resolution. Able to drive results. Languages: Advanced English
