Job Description Job Description Description:MSK Precision Products is looking for a proactive, technically capable, and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Tamarac, FL team. This position plays a key role in ensuring quotes are accurate, costed effectively, and followed up on promptly to secure new business. The ideal candidate will excel in customer engagement, technical problem-solving, and working closely with internal teams to deliver results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Requirements: Key Responsibilities Quoting & Costing: Create quotes and send to customers based on engineering estimates and specifications. Customer Engagement: Consistently follow up on quotes, address customer inquiries, and work to close new business opportunities. CRM Management: Keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated with opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities to maintain an accurate pipeline. Technical Support: Work with customers to understand their needs and provide practical, effective solutions tailored to their requirements. Print Analysis: Review and interpret technical prints to ensure specifications are met. Familiarity with GD&T is a positive but not required. Internal Coordination: Work directly with engineering and production teams to ensure customer needs are met accurately and efficiently. Relationship Building: Build strong, professional relationships with customers while identifying additional opportunities for growth. Pipeline & Lead Management: Monitor leads, prioritize follow-ups, and drive conversions to meet sales goals. Sales Reporting: Provide updates on quoting status, customer feedback, and sales performance to management. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required if experience aligns. Experience: Experience in inside sales or sales engineering, preferably in manufacturing. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes like Deep Draw Progressive Stamping, CNC, EDM, and Swiss Machining. Excel Expertise: Highly advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data tables, accelerator keys, and other advanced functions to improve efficiency and manage data effectively. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret technical prints. GD&T knowledge is a plus but not required. CRM Skills: Experience using CRM tools to track opportunities and maintain a pipeline. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with 3D modeling software is a plus. Communication: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, capable of breaking down technical details for customers. Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. Customer-Driven: Persistent and solution-oriented approach to meeting customer needs and winning new business. Teamwork: Ability to work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve shared goals.
