We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Account Representative to join our team, focusing on the promotion and sales of Simply Oral Health salivary testing solutions within the dental industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships with dental professionals, and driving the adoption of Simply Oral Health products. Your efforts will contribute directly to the growth and success of the company in this innovative market segment. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and target dental practices, periodontists, and dental service organizations (DSOs) that would benefit from Simply Oral Health salivary testing solutions. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Conduct in-person and virtual presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations with dental professionals to showcase the benefits of Simply Oral Health. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in dental practices and organizations. Provide ongoing support and education to clients to ensure they fully understand and utilize Simply Oral Health’s offerings. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations that align with their practice needs and goals. Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in salivary testing technology. Gather and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new offerings. Provide insights to the marketing and product development teams to enhance Simply Oral Health’s market positioning. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and account statuses in the CRM system. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry. Familiarity with salivary testing products or periodontal disease management is a plus. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
