CNC Machinist

Job Description Job Description NCW is searching for all levels of CNC Machinist in the Reisterstown area. Setup and programming experience preferred. In this role, you will produce machined parts by operating CNC machines to produce a variety of precision metal parts working from complex engineering drawings/diagrams and instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards. Pay is based on experience. Shifts 2nd shift - (nights) Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:30am. 3rd shift - weekends Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6am-6:30pm work 36-hours get paid for 40. Requirements RESUME REQUIED 4-5 years of experience in a job shop environment demonstrating proficiency in operating all manual machine tools such as lathes, 3 and 5 axis mills. MUST HAVE LATHE EXPERIENCE. Proficient in Mastercam 2020. Experience programming offline. Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, and machining parameters. Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and quality standards as it applies to an aerospace and defense environment.
