Job Description Job Description Carrying out on-site inspection of construction progress Examining and adequately understanding project specifications and architectural documents. Reviewing and evaluating all projects while also ensuring strict compliance with budgets Working on construction sites and coordinating and/or managing construction projects while also ensuring that legal regulations are strictly adhered to. Working collaboratively with other departments and ensuring compliance to all timeframe Assisting other contractors with the evaluation of all contract documents and preparing reports for any deficiencies in the project Complying strictly with safety requirements by ensuring strict adherence to construction and safety regulations Documenting all construction activities and evaluating the progress of construction projects. Monitor construction progress and quality of work to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget. Act as liaison between production team, engineers, construction managers, and owner to address concerns, resolve issues and share pertinent project updates. Review project plans and drawings to ensure accuracy and proper implementation. Prepare progress reports and other project documentation as required. Maintain regular communication with project management and provide updates as necessary. Attend meetings and participate in discussions regarding construction progress, budget, and project schedule. Uphold ethical and professional standards and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Perform job responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Additional duties as assigned. Awareness of legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. Initiative-taking approach to collaboration and communication with our company team members and consultants. Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects including their deadlines. Read and understand drawings, specifications, and critical path scheduling. Work with industry standard software including Bluebeam and Microsoft Office. Technical knowledge of architectural systems. Strong understanding of accessibility codes, life-safety codes, industry standards, building construction materials/systems and means and methods. General understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and low voltage systems. Basic working knowledge with the following software Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook BluebeamLearn and Utilize Dropbox, Jobsite Documentation Software, Zoom
