This LPN position is a contract role offering $35-$45/hour and a full time contract role offering varied scheduling. You will be tasked with providing essential patient care in an outpatient setting under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety. $3000 per week travel/stipend packages are available for travel candidates if temporary relocation is required. $500 referral reward available for successfully placed referrals who work 100 hours. LPN Responsibilities: Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs. Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition. Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. Provides routine care for patients. Observes patients’ health. Reviews medical charts. Accompanies patients to their rooms. Assists physicians and registered nurses. Communicates with patients and their families.
