Corporate Controller

Join a dynamic real estate development team as a Corporate Controller ! This high-profile role reports to the CFO and manages financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, cash flow, and accounting for multiple entities. Key Responsibilities Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, and internal controls . Manage cash flow and project development costs . Supervise accounting staff and collaborate with project teams. Assist CFO with treasury, compliance, and risk management . Requirements Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field 4-5 years of experience, preferably in Real Estate Development or related industries, including cost of sales and tax compliance. Knowledge of GAAP accounting and reporting Proficiency in QuickBooks, ResMan, or other real estate accounting software . Experience with Procore or other database management tools
