This role combines exceptional customer service and sales expertise with key holder responsibilities, making you a vital part of our team. You will be responsible for maintaining store security and driving sales revenue. Requirements: Open and close the store, ensuring a secure and organized environment. Greet and welcome customers, providing friendly and attentive service. Understand customer needs and deliver tailored product recommendations. Educate customers on meal and beverage options, including ingredients, nutritional information, and dietary considerations. Upsell and cross-sell additional items to maximize sales opportunities. Address inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure complete customer satisfaction; escalate issues to management as needed. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper record-keeping and register management. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and monitoring inventory levels. Assist in marketing initiatives and promote special offers to attract new customers. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience. Follow directives from the District Manager and complete required company training. Support and mentor fellow associates, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. Requirements: · 2 years minimum sales experience · 2 years minimum supervisory experience Physical Requirements: · Ability to stand for long periods of time. · Able to lift products 40-50 pounds at a time. · Bending and stooping
