We are looking for a seasoned SAP delivery leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering complex SAP programmes in fast-paced environments? We’re looking for a Head of SAP Delivery for a leading FMCG organisation undergoing major digital transformation. This is a pivotal role overseeing end-to-end SAP programme execution - spanning S/4HANA, cloud integration, supply chain, and finance transformation - while shaping the strategic direction of SAP capability across the enterprise. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and manage SAP delivery across the organisation, ensuring all programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget. Build and scale SAP delivery teams, leading hiring, onboarding, and capability development of both in-house and partner resources. Oversee SAP S/4HANA transformation across business functions including P2P, O2C, SCM, Finance, and HCM. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across IT, operations, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business strategy. Govern multi-vendor delivery environments, driving performance, accountability, and SLA adherence. Drive continuous improvement, Agile delivery practices, and cross-functional collaboration in line with FMCG industry demands. Own the roadmap for SAP upgrades, enhancements, and innovation delivery. What We’re Looking For: Must have recent experience working within a consumer focussed environment (FMCG/CPG, Retail, Hospitality etc) Proven experience leading large-scale SAP programmes, ideally in the FMCG or consumer goods sector. Strong background in hiring, developing, and managing SAP teams both functional and technical. Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, cloud deployments, integration technologies, and best practices. Experience in multi-vendor environments, managing system integrators and delivery partners.
