Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities Conducting calls with clients to build long term relationships to generate vacancies and future business opportunities. You will act as a Brand Champion and influencing Clients and Candidates to see Gravitas as the ‘Recruitment Partner of Choice’. Continuingly carrying out research on respective industry to understand trends in your market to be able to talk knowledgeably about your specialist recruitment area. Writing captivating job briefs and posting on social media sites (LinkedIn) and sending through direct emails to candidates. You will work effectively as a team to foster the collaborative team spirit present in all Gravitas offices. You will be committed to developing you professional and personal growth with the undivided support of our hands on Learning and Development team.
