Managing Director - Ecommerce

Manchester Managing Director £100,000 - £150,000 Bonus Benefits Ecommerce | Retail | Marketing | Operations | Commercial | Finance This is an on-site role in the large part with flexibility whilst bedding in a junior team I'm partnering with a female led consumer gifts brand that is on the march. It is founded by an incredible designer who has spun a business out of their talent. The business is tracking to growing by 100% YOY. In addition to a significant ecommerce presence, the brand is now selling in premium retail stores. Because of their affordable, premium products, the business can grow despite any wider economic challenges. This role will be to effectively be number two in the business, reporting in to the founder. You will shape the commercial vision for the business, and grow the business functions. On offer is a strong degree of ownership and autonomy to shape the business direction, possible share options, and an amazing growth story on your CV that is already taking hold. Not many of those at the moment. Duties will include: Manage the different teams responsible for commercial, marketing, digital, operations, legal and finance Drive an integrated marketing strategy across brand, paid, CRM, SEO, and influencer Be the commercial engine for the business, seeking out new opportunities and freeing up the founder to be the creative impetus, and face of the brand Work closely with warehousing and distribution teams to ensure delivery according to SLAs You will have: Significant experience in either a marketing or an ecommerce role Led some aspects of other channels outside of ecommerce/marketing significant PL management experience, and evidence of scaling a brand from 6 to 7 figures
