Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Manchester city centre, hybrid flexible working (minimum 2 days a week in the office) - covering North West Salary: £60,000- £70,000 (inclusive of car allowance) annual bonus generous private pension life assurance private healthcare access to flexible company benefits scheme. Please note you must have a RICS accredited degree to be considered for this role as a minimum qualification and proven experience in managing projects within construction, ideally within consultancy. (Finance, IT backgrounds will not be considered). In Manchester, they have a growing and established projects team of circa 30 professionals of Project Managers, Building Surveyors and PQS Quantity Surveyors. Delivering industry-leading solutions across large-scale developments. With project values at circa £200 million, they play a key role in infrastructure, mixed-use residential, commercial offices, and logistics projects. The team follows a hybrid working model (minimums two days a week in the office) the team generally opting for a bit more office time, but also accommodating employees that prefer a more remote setup. Duties include: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and design documentation, keeping everything on track. Lead meetings, set agendas, and follow up on tasks to drive progress. Coordinate proposals, review bids, and ensure procurement aligns with project needs. Monitor financials, processing invoices and change orders with precision. Deliver timely project reports, highlighting key updates and challenges. Handle multiple projects efficiently, identifying solutions to potential issues. MRICS qualification is highly desirable but they will also consider individuals qualified by experience.
