Head of Pricing

A high-growth, technology-led business at the forefront of the e-commerce revolution is seeking a commercially sharp Head of Pricing to take ownership of its global pricing strategy during a period of significant scale-up and international expansion. The Opportunity As Head of Pricing, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing a pricing strategy that balances margin, growth, and competitiveness across multiple geographies and customer segments. Working closely with Commercial, Finance, and Product teams, you’ll bring a data-driven, strategic lens to pricing decisions and play a critical role in driving profitability and scalability. Role Responsibilities Lead the development of a scalable pricing model aligned with company strategy Partner with senior leadership to shape pricing for new markets, products, and services Use data and analytics to uncover margin improvement and revenue optimization opportunities Build pricing tools and frameworks to empower sales and commercial teams Monitor competitive trends and customer behavior to adapt pricing dynamically Establish pricing governance and processes as the business matures Skills and Qualifications Proven experience owning pricing strategy in a fast-moving B2B, logistics, SaaS, or e-commerce environment Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution Advanced analytical skills; confident working with data to drive insight Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in scaling or high-growth environments is a big plus This is a high-impact leadership role in a business scaling fast across Europe and beyond.
