About the Consultancy Operating across building surveying, cost consultancy, and project management, this firm has built an enviable reputation, working with a loyal client base of landed estates, developers, corporate occupiers, and trusts. Their London team delivers a broad range of commercial and residential schemes, typically up to £2M in value, and prides itself on its collaborative, high-performance culture. The Role As Senior Building Surveyor — and effectively the number two within the building surveying division — you’ll: Lead high-value client instructions and project delivery Provide expert professional advice across the full spectrum of building surveying services Oversee contract administration for projects from £500K up to £5m and assist on £20m. Mentor and develop junior team members Play a key part in shaping the future of the building surveying service line, supporting growth and direction About You You’ll be a driven, client-focused surveyor who’s ready to step up and take on more responsibility. Specifically, you’ll need: MRICS accreditation Broad experience across both professional and project work A strong track record in contract administration and project management Confidence in a client-facing role, with an ability to support business development and foster relationships.
