Channel Sales Manager

Channel Sales Manager - £55,000 - £65,000 - Hampshire, England - Maritime / Water technology, Reseller support experience Airswift is working with a Global Maritime business who are looking to add a Channel Sales Manager to their team. This role will be hybrid and will be required to travel if support is needed for resellers (globally). As the Channel Sales Manager, you wil ensure performance management of resellers from target setting to regular performance, strategy, value-adding and compliance reviews. You will also develop and excute an enablement strategy to empower ressellers with the knowledge, tools, training, marketing and resources required to effectively sell the products, services and solutions. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience managing a succesful reseller network Ideally experience within underwater technology / Automotive or Aviation Experience of working successfully with an international reseller network would be a plus.
