Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Someone who can oversee all aspects of production, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality in manufacturing engineered timber products Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance. Manage production schedules to meet customer demands while maintaining cost efficiency. Lead and mentor a team of production staff , supervisors, and support personnel to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
